Become your policy advocate
We can become the servicing adviser on your policy and will be your first port of call for any admin changes, updated details, questions about your policy, lodgement claims, that you may need. This saves you the hassle of trying to contact them and being on the phone for hours, or never having your emails actioned. We have plenty of clients who even have trouble using their portal. We handle it all for you. In addition we can answer any technical questions you may have.
Policy Review Service
If you have had enough of Resolution Life and would like to review your alternatives for insurance due to high premiums, poor service, or just to know your options then we can provide assistance about the alternative options you have with other insurers. We provide advice on how to successfully change insurers and help reduce your costs. We are fully qualified Financial Advisers, so you will always get the advice you need in your best interests. We even look after the setup and implementation of the cover too, so you won’t have to worry about that either.
This service is only available should we become the servicing adviser on your policy though.
To become the servicing adviser it’s simply a case of completing a one page form and signing it and returning it to us. Once we are allocated your policy we can provide the above options at no further cost to you. Just let us know what you would like to do.
